Laurie Perrin, MD, OB/GYN, is a women’s health expert and founder of SNS360, a science-backed wellness solution. Laurie lives in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she works as a physician and is a mom of four grown children. She’s wildly adventurous and passionate about helping others to become the best version of themselves.

As a trusted women’s health expert, I saw an opportunity to create science-backed and evidence-based methods to improve the health of engaged individuals — slowly and steadily. And I did so because I was certain the changes I was benefiting from could help others, too. By starting small and focusing on one behavior at a time, health-related goals can stick.
