SNS Gluten-Free Quick Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup + 1 Tbsp almond flour 
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 ounces of unsweetened applesauce 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (optional) 

Prep and Cook:

Preheat oven to 350° 

  • Coat pan with olive oil or grass-fed butter
  • Place all ingredient (except chocolate chips) into blender and blend on medium-high 
  • Place dough into bread pan, top with mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, when a toothpick comes out clean, it’s done!
