SNS Rhy’s Tofu Noodles

~ 1 serving ~


  • ⅓ package firm tofu , cut into 1-inch cubes and air-fried 
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 package of Forbidden Rice Ramen, prepared per package
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • Furikake (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp: turmeric and garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp: onion powder and salt n’ pepper
  • Red pepper flakes 

Prep and Cook:

  • Place tofu in a bowl and coat evenly with olive oil and spices
  • Spray air fryer basket with olive oil 
  • Lay tofu flat in basket
  • Air fry at 380° for 20-25 minutes, turn ½ way through
  • Prepare noodles while tofu is cooking
  • Drain noodles slightly leaving in a small bit of liquid to your liking
  • Peel and slice hard boiled egg
  • Combine noodles, tofu and egg, top with scallions, sesame seeds, and furikake if desired
  • Enjoy!
  • *If you prepare the tofu and the hard boiled eggs ahead of time, this can be an easy 5-10 min prep meal
