SNS Baked Salmon Dijon

  • Salmon individual pieces or filet 
  • 1-2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • Dijon mustard 
  • Salt & Pepper even spread over fish
  • ¼- ½ cup of Gluten-free breadcrumbs/panko
  • Dill – dried 

Prep:

Preheat oven to 415 degrees F 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 

Spread 1 – 2 Tbsp coconut oil on parchment paper

Place salmon pieces, skin side down on coconut oil

Coat salmon lightly with Dijon mustard 

Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs 

Sprinkle heavily with salt n’ pepper 

Sprinkle lightly with dill

Bake at 415 degrees F for 12-15 minutes for your desired doneness – you should be able to flake easily with a fork
