SNS Cinnamon Apple Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripened apples 
  • Cinnamon

Prep:

  • Thinly, and evenly, slice apples perpendicular to the core so you see the star shape in the center. Remove any seeds – try using a mandoline.
  • Put slices in a single layer in a flat air fryer basket, or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Use the dehydrate function on the air fryer (150°F for 5 to 6 hours) or bake in the oven at 150°F for 7-8 hours.
  • Keep an eye on them the first few times you bake to get your desired crispiness. It takes some time, but they’re worth it and they’re so yummy that they disappear quickly!
