SNS Creamy Cashew Sauce

  • ½ cup of vegetable broth
  • 4 TBSP creamy cashew butter (no added sugar)
  • 2 TBSP lime juice 
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried ginger or 2 stop freshly minced
  • 1//4 tsp red pepper flakes, to taste

To Prepare:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or into a mason jar and shake
  • Serve with your favorite protein, veggies and/or rice (or rice noodles)

SNSTip: Either use warm vegetable broth or microwave cashew butter for 30 sec to help soften before combining ingredients
