SNS Egg Rice

  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • 2 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 to 2 eggs for preference
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Options for sauces:
    • Ketchup
    • Tamari
    • Nandos Perinase 
    • Furikake
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil, divided 
  • Salt + pepper

Over medium heat:

1 tbsp oil to skillet

Once heated add rice stir to heat all the way through

Make a diver in center of rice

Add rest of oil 

Crack egg(s)

Fold  into rice to cook through

Add bacon, scallions, salt + pepper

Top with desired sauce and enjoy!
