SNS Grilled Radicchio


  • 2 heads of radicchio, quartered
  • ½ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt n’ pepper
  • Blue cheese crumbles

Prep and Cook:

  • Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic, and salt n’ pepper in a bowl
  • Marinate radicchio in oil and vinegar mixture for 1-2 hours
  • Grill on medium for 5 minutes per side
  • Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on the radicchio for the last 2-3 minutes of grilling, serve immediately and enjoy
