SNS Parmesan Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Garlic Aioli

Artichoke Heart Ingredients:

  • 1 jar or can of plain artichoke hearts
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper

Prep and Cook:

Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F

  • Quarter artichokes, pat dry, and place in a bowl
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil
  • Add parmesan cheese and S&P
  • Toss gently to coat evenly
  • Lay flat on air fryer basket or on a pan lined with parchment paper
  • Bake or Airfry for 15 minutes, toss halfway through

Aioli Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup olive oil mayo
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Whisk above ingredients in a small bowl, pour over artichokes, and enjoy!
