SNS Poke Bowl

Ingredients

(Makes 1 serving) 

  • Fresh lump crabmeat 
  • ¼  of an Avocado, cubed
  • ¼ of a cucumber, 1/8th-inch matchsticks
  • ½ of a carrot, shredded
  • A handful of lettuce or arugula
  • ½ cup white, brown or cauliflower rice, optional

Prep and Serve

  • Start with a layer of rice, if desired
  • Place a layer of lettuce or arugula
  • Top with crab, carrots, cucumber, avocado

Dress with  SNS360’s Citrus Poke Sauce and or Nandos Perinaise (please don’t use during the no added sugar challenge) — and a sprinkle of furikake, if desired
