SNS Salmon de la Sal


  • 1lb salmon, or individual slices to fit your needs 
  • Coconut oil 
  • Coarse sea salt, or salt and pepper mix, of your choice 

Prep and Cook:

Preheat oven to 400°

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper 
  • Smear a thin layer of coconut oil on parchment and place salmon on top
  • Heavily coat salmon with coarse salt 
  • Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until fork tested to your liking 
  • Serve with rice and edamame, enjoy!
