SNS Shrimp and Bok Choy Stir Fry


  • 1 lb medium shrimp (if raw, peel and devein)
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, chopped
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame sauce
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • White, brown, or cauliflower rice 

Prep and Cook:

  • Whisk tamari, sesame oil, and red pepper in a bowl — set aside
  • Place large sauté pan or wok over medium heat, add oil
  • Add garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • Add raw shrimp, sauté until shrimp starts turning pink (if you have cooked shrimp add after broccoli)
  • Add bok choy, sauté well
  • Add broccoli, stir well
  • Add sauce and immediately cover to allow food to steam x 2 minutes
  • Uncover, mix well, and serve over white, brown or cauliflower rice — enjoy!
