SNS Tofu n’ Broccoli Stir Fry


  • 8 ounces firm tofu, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 small crown broccoli, chopped
  • ⅓ cup cashews
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • SNS Chipotle Sauce 

Prep and Cook:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
  • Add tofu to skillet, and drizzle with other tablespoon of olive oil on top of tofu
  • Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes then flip
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon coconut aminos over tofu, cook for 5 minutes
  • Add broccoli, cashews, and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos and mix
  • Add 1 cup cooked rice, remaining coconut aminos, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes more over medium-high heat

Drizzle with SNS Chipotle Sauce for a little creamy spice — serve immediately
